We want you to love your WUDADO furniture. If something isn't right, you have 3 days from the date of delivery to request a return. When can I return a product? We accept returns if the furniture has a manufacturing defect, arrived damaged, was the wrong item, or if parts are missing. How do I make a return? Contact our support team within 3 days. Send us photos of the product (specifically the damaged area) and pictures of all sides of the box it came in. What if I get the wrong item? Please tell the delivery captain immediately upon arrival. Then, contact our support team, and we will swap it for the correct item right away at no cost to you. Please ensure the furniture suffers no additional damage while it is in your home awaiting pickup.
